About Us
The Yoga Hive was founded in 2019 out of the desire to bring together a community based on mindfulness, yoga and integrative health in Bandon. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, The Yoga Hive provides a healing and friendly environment to do so. All classes will require masks and social distancing. Zoom is available for all classes. We will practice outdoors on the deck or grass if weather is permitting
